Our 100,000 square foot facility is located on the working waterfront of Prospect Harbor, Maine. We are excited to bring new life to a facility that has played a pivotal role in Maine's marine economy for decades. With a deepwater dock, buying station, refrigerated tanks capable of holding over 200,000 pounds of lobsters and crabs, a state of the art processing floor, office space and a research lab, we are proud to bring you the best seafood from the Bold Coast of Maine to your table.
Our team has been shaped by the shores of Maine's coast. We wouldn't be here if it weren't for the strong conservation ethic of generations of Maine harvesters before us. For that reason, we are dedicated to ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come. Science and education outreach are at the core of our mission. The research we collaborate on enables us to make informed decisions about the future of Maine's lobster resource. It also serves as the foundation for our education outreach. Last year, we taught over 2000 Maine students how science can be local, relevant and fun.
